Remote Order Specialist
We are seeking highly motivated, very friendly and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Independent Contractor Remote Order Specialists. As an Independent Contractor, you will be responsible for taking customer orders, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless ordering experience. This is a remote, gig-style role that requires a dedicated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Supplement your income with this flexible gig opportunity! While it's not a traditional full-time position, it offers a chance to earn extra money tailored to your schedule. Each contract shift, typically lasting 2-4 hours, effectively offers a rate equivalent to $10.00 per hour. You have the freedom to take on multiple shifts consecutively, and there's no limit to the number of contracts you can secure. Rest assured, you'll only receive shifts that you specifically request. Responsibilities:

Familiarize yourself with our extensive menu and offerings to accurately answer customer inquiries and assist with order placement.
Handle incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, and taking orders efficiently and accurately.
Utilize our online ordering system to process customer orders promptly and accurately.
Communicate effectively with the in-store team to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Act as the first point of contact for customers, creating a positive and friendly experience from the beginning of their interaction.
Address customer complaints and concerns professionally, seeking resolutions while maintaining a high level of empathy and professionalism.
Take detailed messages and pass them on to the appropriate team members.
Maintain a high level of customer service standards, consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

Requirements:

Strong commitment to being friendly, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Complete ability to read and comprehend restaurant processes and protocol, as well as read, comprehend and follow all restaurant instructions.
Ability to study and memorize a comprehensive menu with accuracy.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous customer service experience is preferred.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Reliable and self-motivated, with excellent time management skills.
Quiet background for clear phone conversations.
Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload.
Must be available to work two to four hour periods.
